Are you up for the challenge?

We are currently looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to provide essential support to our office based in Perth, WA on a 12-month parental leave contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices; purchase orders; prepare expense claims, maintain stationary budget; and process timesheets.

  • Develop and maintain office filing and archiving systems, storing information accurately and safely.

  • Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes, and making travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Provide customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders as required through email, telephone and face to face.

  • Assist other team members with JH systems and programs.

  • Organise the office processes, workspace, couriers, office supplies and equipment.

To be successful you will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in an office environment

  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills

  • Experience working in an administrative role within a busy office environment
