About the Program
AIM WA’s landmark executive development program for First Nations leaders returns in 2026.
Beediyar (“brid-ee-yah”), the Noongar word for ‘leader’, is a culturally responsive initiative for Indigenous leaders and managers across the corporate, public, not-for-profit and charitable sectors in Western Australia.
Designed to fast-track First Nations professionals into executive roles, the program is dedicated to fostering a new generation of CEOs, directors and senior executives.
